Refund Policy & Terms – Sail Watauga

Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your sailing experience.
  • Any remaining balance will be processed on the day of the sail, prior to departure.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • No-shows will not receive a refund. Please arrive on time to ensure you don’t miss your scheduled sail.
  • If your trip is canceled due to weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund at the captain’s discretion.
  • We understand that unexpected situations arise. Refunds may be granted within reason, but all requests will be discussed and determined by Sail Watauga.

Liability & Responsibility

  • Sail Watauga is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your sailing experience. Please secure your belongings accordingly.
  • Sailing and water activities involve inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge that Sail Watauga is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or personal harm that may occur during your trip. All guests participate at their own risk.
